Special Offer
On all stays of three or more nights, we offer a complimentary Cornish Cream Tea, either when you arrive, or on another day of your visit.
Cream Teas are also available at other times @ £4.00 each.
Deposits
To make a reservation, we ask for a non-returnable deposit of £20 per room per night, which can be paid by debit / credit card of by cheque made payable to 'Heather Batho'. The balance is then payable at the time of the visit and can be paid by cash, cheque or debit / credit card.
Cancellations
If the cancellation is made more than four weeks before the date of the visit, no further charge is made. If it less than four weeks before the date of visit, the full amount due is payable unless we are able to re-book the room.
Check-in and departure
Normal check in time is about 5 - 6 pm, but we will do our best to accommodate you at other times by prior arrangement.
Check out is by 10.00am on the day of departure.
