General information about Bankside
Deposits
To secure a reservation, a non-returnable deposit of the total price for the first night's accommodation is payable by credit/debit card.
Cancellations
If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the start date of the visit, no further payment will be taken. If the cancellation is less than 48 hours before the start of the visit, the full amount outstanding is payable unless we are able to rebook the room(s), which we will do our best to do. In the case of a no show, the total amount outstanding will be taken from the credit/debit card.
Check-in and departure
Normal check in time is about 5 - 6 pm, but we will do our best to accommodate you at other times by prior arrangement.
Check out is by 10.00am on the day of departure.
